Smoothies

quick and easy

I absolutely love smoothies, they are the perfect breakfast, after workout meal or an anytime of the day treat. Plus they are quick and easy to make.

I love to mix them with fresh or frozen fruit, nut milk, protein powder, seeds and any other supplement like a green veggie powder or a digestion enzyme.

Smoothies are an easy way to get lots of nutrition into a quick meal and you can run out of the house with it and enjoy it anywhere.

Here are some of my favorites.

TIP: Make sure to fill the bottom of your blender with liquids first then build from there, this prevents the ingredients becoming stuck.
