As a certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist, and Pain-Free Performance Specialist, I help clients build strength, improve mobility, enhance athletic performance, and develop sustainable habits that last far beyond a workout session.

My approach is centered around movement quality, longevity, and consistency. I believe fitness should fit into your life—not take it over. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve athletic performance, reduce pain, or simply feel more confident in your body, I create personalized programs designed around your individual needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of clients, from athletes looking to improve performance to busy professionals, new exercisers, teenagers, and adults who simply want to move and feel better. No matter where you're starting, my goal is to provide the guidance, support, and accountability needed to help you succeed.

Based in Miami, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching, making it possible to work together wherever you are.
